At last year’s UKISUG CONNECT, John Wager – IT manager for cycling retailer Saddleback – attested to this. As a one-man IT team, it was vital for John to have the support of other SAP Business One users who could share their experiences and offer vital insights on Business One deployment. By connecting with his peers at our annual conference, he was able to build a network who helped him build processes for everything from returns, to deliveries and sales.
This month’s dedicated SAP Business One SIG has been designed to give users the skills to utilise the technology effectively and develop their capabilities. The SIG will take place on the 12th of September at SAP Clockhouse Place in Feltham, from 9-5. The programme will focus on the Boyum add-on pack, giving attendees hands on training so they can reap the benefits and start making the most of Business One’s capabilities.
As well as offering practical training to apply across their organisation, the SIG will also allow regular breaks for attendees to network with other Business One users throughout the day. This will give attendees the chance to share advice, their experiences with the software, and their essential tips and tricks.
We will continue to support Business One users over the coming months and we will again have a dedicated stream at UKISUG Connect in December.
