Boosting the SAP User Experience

Published on

Over the last few years, improving the SAP user experience has been a focus for many organisations as their business and IT users look to access SAP systems from a variety of devices. With this in mind, the User Group is running a User Experience Workshop with SAP.

Taking place over two days, this event will give SAP users the means to collaborate and hear from SAP experts, including UI technology product manager Andreas Hirche and customer design engagement manager Tobias Gollwitzer, looking to put to rest any questions you might have about using tools such as SAP Build and Fiori.

During the first day, there will be a number of sessions looking at the technologies and services that can be used to improve user interfaces, carry out user research and create engaging prototypes. On the second day, the sessions will split, giving both technical and design-oriented users the opportunity to work on what matters most to them. In the technical split, users will be offered insight into development tools and given hands-on training on how to improve UX using Web IDE, backend integration, Fiori launchpad and more. For the design group, users will be given an in-depth look into UI prototyping and storyboarding.

The workshop will take place at SAP’s offices in Clockhouse Place, Heathrow, on the 27th – 28th of February. There are a limited number of places available, and users can still book the SAP User Experience workshop here, and can even book a package including dinner, bed and breakfast here.

For users who can’t make this workshop, the User Group will be offering a number of webinars on Low Code Technology Options, Data Cleansing and carrying out our User Experience Symposium in London later in the year.
