There were three main streams at the event covering a range of issues. These were: Technical/Supply Chain, Devices/Infrastructure and User Experience. Throughout the day, attendees looked at topics like the challenges faced and lessons learned when mobilising SAP, and how to develop and deploy complex applications. SAPs Kevin Richardson, principal mobility business consultant, gave us a look at the companys Mobile Secure solution, which allows users to take advantage of SAPs mobile device management, mobile application management, and mobile content management solutions in one. Device management and security are key concerns for organisations with users who are looking to mobilise parts of their business. In addition, John Barnard from SAP, provided an update following the recent news from SAPPHIRE that SAP Fiori user experience (UX) and SAP Screen Personas software will now be included within underlying licences of SAP Software.
