Please be aware that one of the notes has some small manual entries to be made in addition.

NB: these notes only affect reporting and NOT the payroll process.

Note number 1839345.

This note fixes an issue with the HMRC works number being reported on both the EAS and FPS.

This note is relevant for all releases.

Note number 1842604:

This note fixes issues with:

  • Reporting of refunds of pension contributions as HMRC do not accept negative values in YTD for FPS.
  • Aggregated Earnings Indicator for FPS.
  • Ex- Pat Indicator for EAS Works Number reporting for new starts on EAS and FPS.
  • Please note: 1842604 is only relevant for release 600 and 604. The corresponding note for release 500 and 470 is 1843073.

    Other Guidance:

    Customers Going Live with RTI in April 2013 EAS report when this report is run the period end date on the selection screen MUST be dated 6th April 2013 or later in order for the correct 2013/14 scheme to be used for the report.

    Feature GBIEI this feature must be maintained even if you do not have any casual employees as there has been a check delivered as standard, the X against the otherwise need to be changed to blank. This needs to be done to avoid all employees being reported as casual on the EAS report.

    Employers who have been participating in the RTI pilot and are already live with RTI reporting.
