SAP Announce Business ByDesign Solution

SAP Business ByDesign is not targeted to existing customers (nor divisions of large enterprise customers), the innovations delivered with SAP Business ByDesign will be incorporated into SAP Business Suite over time in the form of process extensions and incremental functionality. SAP's intention is to provide these innovations to existing customers as a core component of Enterprise SOA by Evolution approach. SAP Business ByDesign will not replace SAP Business Suite, SAP Business All-in-One nor SAP Business One it is designed exclusively for a segment of mid-size organizations that are not effectively served by these or by any other vendors solutions.

SAP Business ByDesign is currently available in the United States, Germany, France, the United Kingdom and China. After leveraging this phased availability approach to incorporate feedback from early adopters of the product, our intent is to make the product generally available to additional countries in 2008.
