SAP Listens Let your voice be heard

Published on

Having a background as an SAP customer himself, this role is something that Cormac Watters, Managing Director, SAP UK & Ireland, is particularly passionate about – a focus on your success. I’m not a sales person, and I don’t get measured on selling software licences or services.  However, I do get measured on understanding YOUR experience of working with SAP and what SAP should be doing to contribute to your success.

The 12th May 2015 sees the first of three ‘waves’ of SAP Listens, the relationship survey upon which SAP measures its Net Promoter Score, or NPS. The feedback from customers, and the NPS scores derived from it, are extremely important and are reported back at a local level as well as Global Managing Board level. To learn what initiatives SAP has taken to address customer concerns, visit the SAP Service Market Place (http://service.sap.com/public/ saplistens)

In the UKI, we want to hear what you think about your experience of working with SAP employees, services and solutions.  All feedback will be communicated to the UKI board and action will be taken to follow up with all respondents.  ‘Run Simple’ is at the heart of everything we do and this is why we aim to reduce complexity for our customers. If you have had a good experience that you would like us to expand on, please also tell us that!  If you would like to find out when your company will be contacted, please let me know.

I also wanted to say congratulations to the UKI SAP Quality Award winners, who were announced at the end of 2014. These awards allow quality and success in SAP projects to be recognised , and each winner will be taken forward to the Regional awards, where a panel of independent experts have reviewed and decided on the regional category winners. So best of luck to the following UKI category Winners:

  • Innovation Cloud - National Air Traffic Control (SAP Cloud for Customer), supported by Capgemini
  • Business Transformation - Sony Europe, supported by SAP
  • Rapid Delivery - Gloucestershire CC, supported by Capgemini
  • Innovation Enterprise Mobility - Smiths News, supported by Key Tree.

Other organisations recognised in the UKI Quality Awards include Universal Music Group, M + W Group, National Grid, Lloyds Banking Group and Alere.

We are committed to our customers’ success. If you have any comments or questions, or you simply need to talk to someone at SAP, please do not hesitate to contact me on Joanna.wilcock@sap.com
