We want to celebrate what makes our community different, and that means making sure that we are aware and accepting of those differences.
At UKISUG we want all of our members to feel included, represented and acknowledged. Part of championing our community, and something we hold very dear, is educating our community. Neurodiversity is something that all of us will have encountered, whether on an individual level or by association. It's important that we educate ourselves so that as we navigate around personal and professional spaces we are more aware of requirements & accommodations that we may need to make. We've linked a blog post below by Chezzy Kennedy, from Thrive Mental Health & Wellbeing, on What Is Neurodiversity?
