Despite the travel disruption cause by Storm Arwen and the Omicron variant, it was fantastic to see so many of you at UKISUG CONNECT this week. It has been a long and challenging two years, but the event re-affirmed how important the CONNECT conference is when it comes to bringing the whole SAP community together for 2.5 days of networking and learning.
Through the keynotes and more than 100 breakout sessions, a broad range of subjects were covered, ranging from RISE and S/4HANA, through to Women in SAP, sustainability and wellbeing. As ever, it is always so illuminating to see so many customers sharing their experiences with fellow delegates. Meanwhile, in the exhibition hall it was great to see busy stands again, with our partners showcasing their latest SAP innovations and service offerings, while re-connecting with customers, SAP and each other .
Undoubtedly there were some sore heads after SUGFest, but after 18 months of limited in-person contact, everyone can be excused.
We must extend our thanks to SAP, our partners and volunteers. Without your support we couldn’t make the event what it is.
UKISUG CONNECT remains the key event for the SAP community to share insights, network with peers, and learn about SAP’s future product developments. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back next year for an even bigger and better event. Together, we can continue to drive success for the SAP community!
