With RISE being the most useful service to accelerate the move to S/4HANA, expectations would be that this number would be higher. And whilst almost half of the 106 user organisations are familiar with the service, 30% stated that they didn't even know the service existed.

Overall, a lack of understanding & unfamiliarity with the RISE service is a real hold up for organisations and their move to S/4HANA.
