Kevin Heard from Delaware UK and Benoit de Borman from TCR will present Introduction to the benefits of the Field Service Management (FSM) solution from SAP and a real use case illustration
At a time like this, supporting customers, interacting with field workers and maximizing the value from field resources is more important than ever.
This solution supports real-time Field Service Operations, from customer interaction to central planning, scheduling and supervisor oversight to technician and work execution, ending with billing and settlement relating to the service delivered according to contractual conditions. This is a mobility enabled and driven solution.
